Hanoi City tour all day
8h00: Start the tour by visiting Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Museum. Enjoy the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho's final resting-palace .Just next door is Ho Chi Minh's house on stilts where he used to live in the past. Lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda, built by King Ly Thai To in 1049 the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi. Continue to visit the Quan Thanh Temple ( Taoist, dating from the Ly Dynasty) and Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda on West lake ( One of the oldest in Vietnam ). Lunch.
PM : After lunch proceed to visit the Ethnology Museum, continue to visit the Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam - Vietnam"s first university constructed in 1070, Its gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam"s past. After that we will take you to Hoan Kiem Lake, see the peaceful water, and visit Ngoc Son temple, cyclo around Old Quarters. End the trip with a show of water puppet.

A Taste of Hanoi ( halfday)
 Hoa Sua School offers Vietnamese cooking classes for visitors to Hanoi in the training centre of Hoa Sua School in Linh Nam, Hoang Mai (This is located off Thanh Tri dyke to the South of Hanoi. It is 5 km from Viet Xo Hospital due South. The cooking teachers bring their excellent skills to you in a fun environment! They have often practised themselves abroad and thus have numerous experiences and are able to speak good English.
08:00: Pick up by our driver from your hotel to Hoa Sua School.
Depending on your needs, the teacher may be able to take you on a visit of a local market in central Hanoi to choose the ingredients. Alternatively, the teacher can prepare all the ingredients for you.
Back to the restaurant, the chef will teach you how to cook your lunch.
After your practical class, it will be time to taste the dishes you have prepared and our expert chef will be able to give his feedback on your own chef skills.
12h00: Our driver will drive you back Hotel.
